- Where is the ceremony? The ceremony will be held at Washington Township Parks in Avon, IN. There will be signs to help direct you to the venue.
- Where is the reception? The reception will be held at the same place where the ceremony is being held.
- What time should I arrive? Please arrive by 4:15 pm, the wedding is scheduled to start at 4:30 pm.
- Do I have to mail back my RSVP or can I RSVP online? We prefer you to RSVP online.
- When should I RSVP by? Please RSVP by Saturday, September 5, 2020.
- What is the dress code for your wedding? Semiformal.
- Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel? Due to majority of our guesting being local to Indianapolis, we did not reserve any transportation from a hotel to the venue.
- Have you reserved hotel room blocks? We did not reserve hotel room blocks as most of our guest are local. We would recommend staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Plainfield Indianapolis Airport as it is close to our wedding venue and the Indianapolis Airport.
- Are there any local places you’d recommend I visit while I’m in town? We recommend visiting https://www.visitindy.com/
indianapolis-things-to-do as it has many options for things to do in Indianapolis. - Is there parking available near the ceremony and reception venues? Plenty of parking is available at the venue for no charge.
- Can I bring a plus one? As long as you RSVP them, yes you can.
- Can I bring my children? Absolutely!
- Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors? Ceremony is scheduled to be outdoors. There is a shelter above the seating area.
- What type of food will be served? We will be serving Italian cuisine.
- Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free food options? We have not ordered and of the options.
- Where are you registered? We are registered at Amazon and Target. Click on Registry for more information.
- Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media? Absolutely, we ask that you allow our wedding photographer space to capture our beautiful event.
- What time is the reception scheduled to end? All guests must be out of the venue by 11:00pm.
